By accessing or using Market Line (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where prediction market trading is permitted to use the Service. The Service is not available to residents of restricted jurisdictions. You represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Prediction market trading is not available in all jurisdictions. Trading functionality may be restricted for users located in certain U.S. states (currently including Massachusetts) and countries subject to OFAC sanctions, EU/EEA regulations, and other legal restrictions. The list of restricted jurisdictions may change at any time based on regulatory developments.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether prediction market trading is lawful in your jurisdiction. The use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and any credentials associated with your account. Market Line does not custody your funds and cannot recover lost or stolen assets. You agree to immediately notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Certain features of the Service may require identity verification through dFlow Proof (powered by Stripe Identity). Market Line does not receive, process, or store your identity documents or biometric data. Verification is conducted directly by dFlow Proof in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.
Prediction market trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not indicate future results. You may lose some or all of your investment. Prediction market contracts can expire worthless. Market Line does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or guarantees of any kind.
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted our Risk Disclosure before placing any trades through the Service.
Trades initiated through Market Line are executed via dFlow’s decentralized infrastructure on the Solana blockchain. Market Line acts solely as a front-end interface and does not operate a matching engine, hold customer funds, or guarantee trade execution. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
A 0.35% platform fee is applied to trades executed through the Service. Additional network fees (Solana transaction fees) may apply and are paid directly to the Solana network. Fee details are displayed before trade confirmation. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable advance notice.
Idle USDC held in platform-controlled wallets may be deployed to low-risk DeFi yield strategies (e.g., lending vaults) to generate interest. Any yield earned on float is retained by Market Line and is not distributed to users. Your deposited funds remain available for withdrawal at all times. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this practice.
Points earned through the Service have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency, tokens, or any other consideration. Points are provided solely for engagement purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the points program at any time without prior notice.
Market Line aggregates third-party news content, market data, and social media posts for informational purposes. All trademarks, logos, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKET LINE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, TRADING LOSSES, TECHNICAL FAILURES, SMART CONTRACT VULNERABILITIES, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK ISSUES, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE DISRUPTIONS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Market Line and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be in the State of Delaware, United States. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any open on-chain positions remain on the blockchain and are not affected by account termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
