Privacy Policy

Market Line is a content platform. We do not hold customer funds, custody assets, or operate an exchange. Market Line is not a registered broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

Please review our Risk Disclosure for information about trading risks.

Effective Date: February 23, 2026 · Last Updated: February 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Market Line (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our website and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Wallet address — your public Solana wallet address when you connect via a browser extension, mobile wallet, or Privy embedded wallet.
  • Email and social login — if you sign in through Privy, your email address, Google, Apple, or X/Twitter account identifier.
  • Preferences — notification settings, interest selections, and followed accounts.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data — pages visited, markets viewed, trades initiated, feature interactions, timestamps, and referral sources.
  • Device information — browser type, operating system, device model, and screen resolution.
  • Geolocation data — approximate country and region inferred from request headers provided by our hosting providers (Vercel, Cloudflare). This data is used solely to enforce geographic trading restrictions and is not stored persistently or shared with third parties.

Information we do NOT collect:

  • Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
  • Identity verification data — KYC verification is handled entirely by dFlow Proof (via Stripe Identity). Market Line never receives, processes, or stores government-issued ID, selfie, or biometric data.
  • Financial account numbers, credit card details, or bank information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate your identity and manage your session
  • Display market data, news content, and personalized feeds
  • Facilitate trade execution through dFlow on Solana
  • Calculate and display your points, rank, and referral status
  • Send push notifications (only with your express consent)
  • Enforce geographic trading restrictions as required by law
  • Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • Communicate service updates, policy changes, or security notices

3. Data Storage and Retention

Account and preference data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) within the United States. On-chain data (trades, positions, token transfers) is stored on the Solana blockchain and is publicly visible and immutable.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will remove your off-chain data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations. On-chain transaction data cannot be deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

  • Privy — authentication and embedded wallet creation
  • Firebase / Google Cloud — data storage, push notifications, and analytics
  • dFlow — trade execution on Solana
  • dFlow Proof / Stripe Identity — identity verification (KYC)
  • Helius — Solana RPC access and blockchain queries
  • SocialData.tools — X/Twitter content aggregation
  • MoonPay / Coinbase — fiat on-ramp for purchasing USDC (via Privy)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the Service. This includes page views, feature interactions, and trade-related actions. Analytics data is aggregated and does not include personally identifiable information beyond wallet addresses. You may limit analytics collection by adjusting your browser settings or using a tracking blocker.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage and session storage to persist your authentication state, theme preference, notification settings, and other user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be set by our hosting providers (Vercel) for security and performance purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities
  • Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time

Note that on-chain transaction data recorded on the Solana blockchain is immutable and cannot be modified or deleted by any party.

9. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your data, and the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise your rights, contact us at the email address below. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification.
